Last monday I received the black Nokia E90 from WOMworld. Now I’m using it about one week and it’s time to make a little review. In this report I want to talk about the advantages and the disadvantages of this business flagship.
Advantages
- It looks great, the black is very noble and the build quality is great
- What really impressed me is the huge and nice internal screen, the first 2 days I just liked it, but now I love it, surfing in the web is fantastic
- Another point is the camera, I was surprised about the quality, for a business device it’s good enough (also in the dark)
- Although there is a huge internal screen the front-display is also very nice and has a good resolution with 240x320
- A point I just want to mention a cipher... 1500 mAh
- I really like the “blue keys”, if you open the E90, you can push “Chr” and a key with a blue symbol, if you do this, you can for example switch on bluetooth (“Chr” + “-“) or open Profiles
Disadvantages
- Not the whole building quality is great, the navigation key inside is to soft and too small and the camera key feels a little bit cheap
- I don’t like the music player, the sound is good, but I think the players of the Nseries are better (I heard that Nokia changed this in the new Eseries devices, good thing!)
- It’s difficult to find the key for the light (internal keyboard) in the dark, I think it should shine all the time
First Impression
The first days I had a lot of problems with the black and huge E90 but now I love it, surfing or writing emails and text messages is just great. In my report you can also see, that the disadvantages are not that bad and that there are more advantages. If the size doesn’t matter, the E90 is the perfect business phone, and if you’re thinking about buying it, wait until you can buy the black E90, it looks better than the red and mocha E90.
